We had a great week with friends at the Villa in Cyprus. The Villa was easy to find, easy accessible and in perfect, clean condition. The location of the Villa was very remote and silent with no neighbours just as we wanted it. The service of the Villa was simply perfect. Perfect vacation.

We stayed at the villa for our wedding and we were not disappointed! The view is amazing! The facilities are fantastic, the kids loved the play room and outdoor swing. We will be looking to come back to the villa again in a few years time.

This villa is an amazing luxury villa. It lived up to and exceeded our expectations. There was everything we could possibly need there. We had a wonderful family holiday. It was so relaxing and there was so much for everyone to do with all the various sporting facilities. It was difficult for us to tear ourselves away to visit the culture. We lived like celebrities the whole week and felt thoroughly spoilt. What can be better than having a morning swim in the infinity pool and then eating breakfast on the patio overlooking the swimming pool, with a view of fields looking to the sea, drinking freshly squeezed orange juice made with freshly picked oranges from the grove next door and eating Cypriot yoghurt and local honey with freshly brewed coffee. Perfect!

We were absolutely delighted with the Monte Mare, the facilities are top class and really helped to make our trip that extra bit special. This property truly is a luxury villa with something for everyone to enjoy. Set amongst banana and orange groves it is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday and we would definitely return in the future.

I spent a fantastic week at Montemare in early November 2014 with a group of friends. The villa was perfect for us and we so enjoyed everything about it. The location was perfect, easy to get everywhere and the views are to die for!...We couldn't get enough of the lovely sunsets! The villa itself is so comfortable and easy to relax in...and we enjoyed all the facilities. A real treat!. Would unreservedly recommend Montemare to anyone looking for a really top quality villa holiday in Cyprus. Thanks to the owner for looking after us so well!

We had a fantastic time, in this most beautiful villa with amazing facilities. We couldn't fault anything with our booking, which was so efficient and helpful. Everyone involved was so lovely, including the cleaning ladies. Our In-Villa meal was brilliant. The property was amazing and the right size for our group. There are not many villas in Cyprus offering all those facilities which is what attracted us to it. Overall a fabulous villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Monte Mare. We would definitely recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful time in Cyprus the villa was stunning and the kids never left the pool which was so safe due to it not being overly deep. It was lovely being able to watch the sunset at night and see the stunning views. We were made very welcome and your assistance and guidance for our holiday helped make it stress free. Booking and payment services very efficient. Villa entertainment and living accomodation excellent. Bedrooms very spacious. Pool and Jacuzzi excellent. Villa position was excellent.

I surprised my family with a stay at this villa on their visit to Cyprus to see us. Staying at this superb villa was the icing on the cake for our family's visit to Cyprus. The villa offered everything for a memorable holiday and quality time with family. Our children (aged 7 and 8) loved the playroom and spent many hours in there leaving us adults to relax. We enjoyed a game of tennis and squash, many games of pool and even a little bit of exercise in the gym! To sit and watch the beautiful sunsets was amazing. All of us agreed that there are only positives to be said about this spectacular property.
