Villas in Cyprus - Monte Mare Luxury Villa Prices
Rental rates: The rental rates start from €625 euros per day during the low season and change according to the season, availability, date of booking and special offers or discounts that may apply from time to time. Note that Monte Mare Luxury Villa is rented at least for a week unless there is a gap between bookings.
Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), air conditions, central heating, welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and squash, tennis and table tennis rackets, baby cots and bay chairs.
Optional extras: Heating of the swimming pool, heating of the outside Jacuzzi pool, extra cleanings, wedding surcharge
Please note: a refundable security deposit of € 750 is required to cover any damages or breakages. This is to be prepaid together with the balance payment and will be refunded after departure from the villa.
